Yealands Sauvignon Blanc 2016

This wine shows flavours of passion fruit and blackcurrant leaf with underlying notes of wet stone and thyme. The palate displays good weight and texture, with a focused mineral acidity which delivers fantastic length to the wine.

Green Matters
When it comes to sustainability and the environment, Yealands is no stranger to world firsts, having been the first winery in the world to be certified carboNZerocertTM since inception. Sustainability is at the core of our business with many positively impactful initiatives in place, such as the use of miniature Babydoll sheep, burning of vine prunings and solar and wind power. Another notable initiative is our composting programme, which addresses an industry-wide landfill problem. While composting has been used by farmers for centuries, Yealands’ innovation comes from working beyond its vineyard boundaries to secure positive environmental impact. Along with our own grape marc waste, partnerships with the aquaculture and forestry industries have driven compost production to more than 50,000 tonnes annually providing benefits to the wider Marlborough region.

Pierre Sourdais Organic Chinon Tradition 2015

Soft and supple with juicy fruit flavours, this mouth filling wine has ripe tannins and an elegant finish, a remarkable Chinon.

Centovie Organic Pecorino Colli Aprutini IGT, AVUR 2015

A light straw yellow white wine with a delicate bouquet of elderberry, acacia and spring flowers. On the palate it shows a light, nearly evanescent, touch of wood. Well structured, with a good bite of minerality, lingering aftertaste.

Didier Champalou Vouvray Sec 2016

Made from Chenin Blanc in a typically dry style with hints of pear and quince on the nose. Ripe and juicy on the palate with a strong chalky minerality, lots of fruits layers and balanced by a benchmark freshness.

El Esteco Cuma Organic Malbec 2016

Made with organically grown grapes, this savoury red wine is a thrilling mix of dark, brooding fruit and fragrant, punchy spice.

Vina Falernia Carmenere Syrah Reserva 2014

Bright and deep in colour. This wine shows rich fruit concentration; on the nose black pepper, red fruit, dark chocolate. Great body with soft tannins on the palate.
