Tasting Note
Bright brick red in the glass, with attractive ruby highlights. The nose is forward and fruit driven, overflowing with cranberry and raspberry fruits and a touch of green spiciness. The palate is medium bodied, soft and supple, with good acidity supporting vivid forest fruit flavours. The finish is elegant, dry and poised. Makes an interesting aperitif.

A gorgeous bottle of Provence rose with a fine and elegant sparkle. The nose offers up a fresh, soft scent of strawberry, raspberry and a little cherry. The mousse is mouth filling and fine. Flavours of red berries and a little spice. Delicious and refreshing.
Food Matching Note
A classic party sparkling wine to be drunk as an aperitif. Also very good with tapas style food, light salads and delicate risottos.

Tasting Note
A clear rosé with peach shades. On the nose, this wine shows great aromatic complexity with floral aromas of yellow flower, acacia, hawthorn of white fruits (wildpear, grapevine) and exotic fruits aromas (banana, Pisang, Lilin). spices scents (cumin, nutmeg). On the palate it is round, sweet and suave, full of white fruits and spices. The finish is all sweetness and vivacity.

"Since 2010 the vineyard has taken the turning point of organic viticulture . Parcel after plot we work the land, we no longer use chemicals and take care of the vines according to its rules.
Thus, we leave time to our vineyards and our teams to marry this evolution. We will be able to offer you our first wines certified organic viticulture during the 2016 harvest.
We also wanted this attitude to be reflected in the renovation of our premises. Thus our offices were built according to the THPE standard ,
Very High Energy Performance (floor and roof insulation, insulating glass, low energy light bulbs, ...)."
